The program blends micro-training on key leadership topics with one-to-one mentoring and coaching—ensuring relevance, applicability, and personalisation. Leaders gain the capability to:

  • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries.

Detailed Outline of The Leadership Development Program Elements

On Demand Micro-Courses

A series of 12 modules, delivered in sequence over the program duration. Each module consists of one of more micro courses, covering topics such as managing team conflict, building a learning culture, performance management with accompanying worksheets for completion in advance of a monthly mentorship call. The worksheets will help to contextualise the learning to you and your team’s circumstances or challenge you to implement the practices. These will take between 1.5 and 3 hours per month to complete.

I will facilitate access to a professional, third-party leadership strengths assessment from a recognised industry leading organisation. You will be provided the profile. I will thereafter incorporate additional components into the coaching and mentorship element to enable you to leverage those strengths to become a strategic leader in your role.

An evergreen list of reading resources, podcasts, academic research and professional papers tailored to the program and to your continued learning.

I provide the option for deep dive into a topic or challenge or support you as you transition roles, onboard teams, take on a new initiative or focus your attentions on leadership or career objectives.

Mentoring/Coaching Calls

Regular calls to review progress, set context, supplement learning and to coach or mentor you as you implement transformational leadership habits, face challenges or celebrate wins. These calls are intended to both cement the learning and help you unearth more of your leadership strengths and capabilities.

An evergreen database of productivity tools, tips and practices gathered from my years of experience in large multinationals and a technology startup.

A Monthly Report that summarises discussions, adds additional considered perspective and guides you toward additional development resources from my extensive curated library. This report will add further detail specific to your circumstances.
